1. Background

The Planning Authority notifies the public that it is carrying out an amendment to Regulation 7 of Legal Notice 71/07 for the Procedure for Minor Modifications to Subsidiary Plans to bring it in line with the provisions of the Development Planning Act 2016.
The amendment outlines the procedure that an application involving a change and, or establishment of zoning needs to follow.
The proposed amendments to the legal notice maybe viewed on the Authority’s website www.pa.org.mt/public-consultation.

Individuals and organisations are being invited to send their submissions pertaining to this amendment. Representations are to be made in writing and addressed to the:
